Returns and Shipping
Shipping is calculated by weight. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All orders placed online will be processed within 5 business days after the order is placed (business days do not include weekends or holidays). You will receive a shipping notification email when your order ships. Please keep in mind, we're a small (but mighty!) business.
Returns postmarked within 7 days of delivery date will be eligible for online store credit only, issued in the form of an electronic promotional code to be used at checkout.

Condition of Returned Merchandise:
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: tags attached, unworn, unwashed, fragrance/odor/deodorant free, with the order email printed and included in the package. If items show any signs of wear, or fall outside of the conditions set above, store credit will not be issued and items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you find that an item is damaged or defective, please send a photo as well as a description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your items. We will contact you within 3-5 business days to resolve the issue.
We do not offer online exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, initiate a return and then please place a new order. Follow our return policy for steps to return your original purchase.
